			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We all have our own individual goals for our lives, whether it&#8217;s to lose ten pounds or gain 20lbs. Once that happens, what&#8217;s next? Well that&#8217;s were we evaluate how our first goal was met. Let&#8217;s say you wanted to lose 10 lbs and it took you 6 weeks, so you decide you want to lose 10lbs more, and you want to really push yourself. Then set your NEW goal for 10lbs lost in 5 weeks (2lbs a week). Just because you reach your goal, doesn&#8217;t mean your fitness journey is over. </p>
